MIN-GUATA-LADA (social market for people in need)

On Thursday, 12 March 2026, the first anniversary of the “MIN-GUATA-LADA” in Feldkirch Tosters was celebrated. On this occasion the whole team of the shop met together with initiator Elmar Stüttler of “Tischlein Deck Dich” to look back on the first successful year. In a short time the grocery store has become an important point of contact for people who depend on very cheap food.

At “MIN-GUATA-LADA” the focus is not on profit but on the social idea. The products on offer are around 70 percent cheaper than in a normal supermarket (provided by large companies from overproduction or faulty packaging).

Branch manager Maria Solcan and her team bring a great deal of warmth and kindness into the premises every day, giving the shop its special character.
