Food for everyone who needs it.

You can collect food every week at five distribution points or shop cheaply in our social markets. You do not need to feel ashamed: anyone can find themselves short of money.

Distribution points

Once a week, on a fixed afternoon. You need an entitlement card to collect food.

How to get the entitlement card

  1. Download the household budget form and fill it in. It comes with a guide on how to complete it.
  2. Take it, together with your documents (for example bank statements), to one of these offices: the social services office of your municipality, Caritas, Aktion Leben, Volkshilfe or IfS.
  3. The office checks your income and issues the card.

Can't come yourself? A person you trust may collect on your behalf. The authorisation form for this is part of the household budget form.
